“Can We Talk?”

is an interactive series of workshops designed to create awareness and understanding of different issues faced in the "church".

This workshop contributes to an increased understanding of what steps can be taken to make church a safer place where each person has a heard and valued voice, even if that voice differs from others'.

This workshop will be a facilitated discussion, where differing beliefs and ideas will be shared. This is not an arena for personal attacks.

Questions Discussed:
How has culture helped shape your view of the opposite sex?
How has the church helped shape your view of the opposite sex?
Is Equality between men and women biblical? If so, is it possible?
Have you been discriminated against, in the church, because of your sex?
What changes do you think need to happen within church culture to bring equality between men and women?
